Urea (nitrogen fertilizer) is one of the most popular materials in water-soluble fertilizers. Before blending urea with other raw materials (such as MKP, NK, and trace elements), it must be pulverized into a very fine powder. Because the size of urea will affects the dissolution rate, mixing uniformity, and final quality of the water-soluble fertilizer.
Therefore, during the water-soluble fertilizer production, a urea pulverizer is the key equipment. Its main function is to pulverize granular or agglomerated urea into a fine and soluble powder.

Ordinary urea crusher is easy to overheat and clump and will have lots of dust and cause severe sticking on the walls. Therefore, we strong recommend using our roller urea pulverizer or called roller urea grinding machine to avoid high temperatures and melting.
Working principle of our roller urea crusher:
It mainly consists of two parallel, counter-rotating cylindrical rollers. When urea passes through the gap between the two rollers, it is crushed by compression and shearing. The output powder size is determined by the gap between the two rollers.

1.Low-temperature grinding: This is its most important advantage. Roller urea crusher is a low-speed but high-pressure pulverization method, it is almost no impact or airflow during working, thus generate little mechanical heat.

Key tips for using urea crusher
1.Before crushing urea, best to control the moisture content to <1%-2%
2.If in high air moisture, it is recommended to use dehumidifier or air-conditioned room for crushing process
3.Blend with other materials as soon as possible to reduce moisture absorption
