1.The raw material of Water-soluble fertilizer are mostly fine powders, which are easy to generate dust, thus need the closed mixing equipment.
2.It requires extremely high nutrient uniformity (especially micro-nutrients). Uneven mixing will affect fertilizer efficacy a lot.

1.Sequence of feeding raw material: feed the macro-elements such as urea/DAP first, then trace elements.
2.Mixing time: it is better to determine the mixing time by some trial test in order to avoid over-mixing or under-mixing, which can lead to uneven mixing or crystal breakage. Usually we recommend to mix 5-10 minutes and uniformity(CV) can reach ≤3-5%.
3.Cleanliness for formula: thorough cleaning is a must during formula changes to prevent cross-contamination.
