Product Description
The fertilizer drying machine which is also called a rotary drum dryer, is an ideal drying equipment for fertilizer processing, both compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer production. lt is used to reduce the moisture content of fertilizers, After drying, the moisture of compound fertilizer can reach from 20%-30% to 2%-5% and organic fertilizer can reach from 30%-40% to 10-15%.
The drying machine is mainly composed of the feeding and discharging head, motor, drum host, and support wheelbase: the machine adopts the flow and sealing drying process, and when the materials enter the drying machine, the materials are evenly dispersed in the roller dryer and fully contacted with the hot air Under the turning of the uniformly distributed lifting plate in the drum body, which speeds up the drying and heat transfer. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined lifting plate and hot air, the material is discharged to the other end of the drying machine, and the finished product can be discharged continuously.

It is widely used in various fertilizer production lines such as organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, etc.
