1.High Uniformity Requirement: Water-soluble fertilizers belongs to special fertilizers, it requires absolutely uniform nutrient distribution. Any nutrient deviation may lead to crop absorption unevenly, which will affect the efficacy of fertilizer.
2.Trace elements adding: to produce the high quality water soluble fertilizer, it will require to add trace elements, colorants, and anti-caking agents etc, but usually less than 1% added. So it is a significant challenge that how to disperse them evenly into large quantity of powder.
3.High Moisture Absorption and Caking: Raw materials for water soluble fertilizer are mostly moisture absorption. Frictional heat generated during mixing and uneven liquid addition can both cause caking, leading to product spoilage.

2.The powerful convection and shearing action of the ribbon mixer can disperse the liquid and powder the moment they come into contact, allowing the liquid to initially coat the powder surface. As mixing progresses, this coating effect becomes more uniform and perfect through continuous tumbling and friction, preventing agglomeration from the source.
