The process to produce suspension liquid fertilizer
Project location: Lebanon
Client requirement: to produce suspension and gel liquid fertilizer production line, packed in 10L and 20L bucket, capacity 5 tons per batch, and two shifts in one day.
Final suspension formula required: 270-270-270+ te+amino acid/250-250-250 +te/400-100-100 + TE/60-600-200 +TE/100-60-600+TE/150-200-500+TE/200+200+200+TE/250+250+250+TE,density is between 1.60 to 1.70.

We recommend the process to produce suspension fertilizer as below.
1.Raw material preparation: urea, ammonium sulfate, DAP, MAP, Micronutrients, Additives such as suspending agents and dispersants
2.Reaction and mixing: In the reactor, add the water and pre-hydrated suspending colloid follow of the formulation. Start the heating system to 80-85degree if needed, After the temperature decreased, add urea/ammonium nitrate/potassium chloride or other macronutrients in sequence, and mix thoroughly to dissolve by fast disc blending system. Control the pH (usually neutral to slightly acidic 5.5-7.0).
3.Homogenization and shearing: A high-shear emulsifier is used to subject the mixed liquid to high-speed shearing (speeds can reach thousands of rpm), further refining the solid particles (to the micron level) and allowing them to fully combine with the suspending agent colloidal network to form a uniform and stable suspension system.
4.Addition and blending: After the suspension has stabilized, if needed, can add chelated trace elements, preservatives, colorants, and other shear-sensitive materials. Then blend at low speed until homogeneous.
5.Maturation and aging storage: Pump the finished product into an aging tank and let it stand for some hours.
6.Filling: After passing the inspection, filling begins. Due to the thixotropic nature of the suspension the filling line may require slow stirring to maintain uniformity.
What machines need to use during the process of the suspension liquid fertilizer?
1.Water treatment facilities: Purify water of impurities, calcium and magnesium ions, and metal ions etc
2.Reactor or liquid mixing tank(key): Volume 5200L, Tank diameter 1.9m, shell thickness 6mm, , equipped with one 37kW dispersion unit, two 37kW shearing units, with 54kW heating devices, temperature control system, material: stainless steel 304
3.Working platform: The platform 6*4*2.25m. covered with checkered plates, and includes guardrails and a ladder.
4.Storage tank: Volume 5000L,wall thickness:4mm, material: stainless steel 304
5.Gear pump: Power:5.5 kW,conveying capacity of 18m3 per hour, which can be adjusted depending on the viscosity and specific gravity of the material.
6.Liquid filling machine: Two-head semi-automatic filling machine, weighing mode, PLC control, touch screen for parameter adjustment, continuous operation, manual barrel feeding and sealing, equipped with a continuous capping machine.
7.Accessories: Valves and pipes connecting each equipment, material stainless steel.
8.Controller system: to control all machines and system.
