Carbon-based organic fertilizer is a functional fertilizer made by mixing biochar with organic compost fertilizer. It is mainly made of organic compost fermented from straw and animal manure mixed with biochar and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. This fertilizer can increase the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer by 30%-50%. its appearance can be black powder or granular.
Its main process as below.
Fermentation and maturation process: you can use the windrow fermentation turner machine, or chain plate fermentation machine, to ferment the raw material.
Crushing process: after fermentation, you need to crush the compost into fine powder, also, here you can crush the biochar into fine powder.
Mixing and blending process: this process is to mix or blend the compost and biochar evenly, and can add water or other elements here.
Granulation process: after mix them evenly, you can use our rotary drum granulation process, or three-in-one combined granulation machine, or pan granulation granulation line to make them into granular.
Drying process: after granulation, the moisture of granular is too high to pack them into bags, thereby need to use the rotary drum dryer to decrease the moisture.
Cooling process: this is to decrease or low the temperature for better packing.
Screening process: this process is to screen the standard granular such as 2-6mm or required size, by the rotary drum screen machine or vibrating screen machine.
Coating process: if you want to stock long time, it is better to coat some anti-caking agent by the rotary drum coating machine, also can spray some micro elements.
Packing machine: to pack the finished granular into bags.
PLC controller: to control all machines in one unit, and set some data here.
